Finances

Many of you have asked about our financial needs. We have lots of options for our friends who want to partner with us financially to consider:
- You can commit to helping with our monthly support: $5227.00. As you can see from the chart above, considerably less than half of that is salary. As those of you who are employers will understand, most of the rest of our monthly support just goes to cover AIM's cost of having us as employees.
- You can commit to helping with our departure costs: $25,000.00 for airline tickets, shipping household items, buying new appliances because Kenya has 220V electricity, setting up a household for the first time in Kenya, etc.
- You can commit to helping with buying a used vehicle for around $20,000 to haul students and mission teams (and you!). It has to have a steering wheel on the right because Kenyans drive on the left. It has to have carrying capacity for teams and four wheel drive because many of the places we will serve will be off road.
- You can commit to helping with building a house for $20,000. The house will actually cost more than this, but this is all that we are being asked to raise at this time. This house will not belong to us, but we will have the use of it while we are in Kenya. It will belong to the mission since it is being paid for with the Lord's money through His people.
